Advancing Educational Equity

What We Do
Research P16. Evaluate Program Impact. Leverage Data.
Guide Strategic Planning. Build Capacity. Inform Decisions.

At EduDream, we believe every child has the capacity to grow intellectually and creatively to reach their fullest learning potential-irrespective of ethnicity, race, gender or socioeconomic status.

We advance our mission by engaging in research, evaluation and technical assistance that helps education leaders and partners uncover systemic issues, explain program impact, and leverage evidence to drive strategy and decision-making.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

EduDream is a Latina and certified women-owned consulting firm that partners with foundations, education agencies and nonprofits working to ensure educational equity for racially and economically diverse students.

EduDream’s founders and leaders, Michelle V. Oliva and Monica Martinez, are culturally responsive and experienced researchers who lead program evaluations, facilitate strategic planning, and deliver actionable findings. They have worked with organizations and programs in vastly distinct geographic and economic contexts ranging from urban centers such as Oakland, Denver, and New York City to rural areas in Wisconsin and New Mexico.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

"My expectations were exceeded.  I would strongly recommend their expertise. EduDream did a fantastic job with both the report as well as the presentation."

Michael Weinburg

"EduDream helped to identify three strategic goals aligned to our organization’s mission and vision, and drafted an implementation plan . They are are easy to work with, incredibly talented at assessing organizational contexts and information, and work hard to meet the needs of their clients."

Nafeesha Irby

Vice President, The Collective

Teach For America

I greatly appreciate the time and effort that went into providing this evaluation and we hope to use this information to make continuous improvements as we build the program.
